Spring Antiques in Schoharie

One of our favorite shows, and a sure sign that winter is just about done!

This weekend is the annual Spring Antiques in Schoharie show! (click here for a post from last year’s show, with tons of pictures!) We love this show – all of us upstate types come out of semi-hibernation and show off the beautiful things we have found over the long winter months. Always high quality, and with an energy that starts the season off with a bang.

This show is historically a country venue, and features dealers who specialize in fabulous primitives, early textiles and folk art. But, like many shows, it is less specialized than it used to be and shoppers can find other styles (maybe even some *gasp* mid-century modern) tucked in amongst the cupboards and coverlets.
