Hudson’s Annual Winter Walk is This Saturday

Hudson NY is entertaining and filled with visual delights every day of the year. But one of the special, light-up, circle-on-your-calendar-you-gotta-be-there days is quickly approaching.

This Saturday, 12/1/12, is Hudson’s Annual Winter Walk celebration! Sponsored by the Hudson Opera House, this is the day that Hudson welcomes winter – crisp air, twinkling lights, eggnog, horse-drawn wagon rides (as well as belly dancers, apparently!) Take a look at the Opera House’s site for lots more details.

We are planning to be in our shop, Warren Street Antiques, all day and into the evening. Please plan to stop in and say “Hello!”…

Another week, another bunch of photos from the shop. Many items from last week’s post have sold, some off the shop floor but quite a few via emails and calls in response to the blog post. Summertime…

And the living is … Busy?
I hope you are having a wonderful summer. We are, although I wouldn’t mind a free moment to sit back and appreciate it.
I am beginning to look forward to September and the start of the school year (bite your tongue, Mom!) so I can catch a little break in the excitement. Our plates are full this season with antique shows, family trips and working with our youth group. What is filling your calendar this summer?
