We took some new stuff to Hudson today

Steve spent today in the shop in Hudson (Warren Street Antiques), and took in some interesting new items.  Sadly he did not take the camera so I have no pictures tonight, but I will be back there on Monday, so…  

We added some industrial light fixtures (a set of five), a great double shutter painted green, a cool long modern bench or coffee table, and a print by reknowned artist Karel Appel.  Steve also brought some fun small items – a mixed metal Mexican scorpion inlaid with abalone, a fabulous pair of vintage malachite cufflinks, an Italian glass decanter covered in leather with the face…

Well, is the corn knee high???  Today is the deadline.  I learned that when I became a country girl, or at least as much of a country girl as I am. 

I hope everyone had fun today.  As long as no one got too silly and lit the firecracker sticking out of cousin Billy’s back pocket, or put the corn on the cob into Grandma’s tailpipe, its all good.

Tandem Antiques (that’s me and Steven) spent the day in our shop in Hudson NY – Warren Street Antiques.  We brought a bunch of cool new merch into the shop and rearranged…
